Please do not ship your item to the sender’s address or business address on the order package without communicating with us to request an return. How to Return Items
1.Please Send Your Return Request via Email
(1) You are please to send us an Return request (collectively, the “Request”) via email on the Contact Us.
(2) To expedite the processing of requests, please include your order number, items information, shipping address, recipient, a clear picture or video of the item in its current condition and any other information relevant to the order in your email.
2. Please Wait and We Will Reply Within Two Business Days
(1) We will confirm the request within two business days from the date we receive it.
(2) If you do not receive a reply within 2 business days, please check your spam box.
(3) If you confirm that you have not received a response, please send us another request via email or phone.
3. Send the Return Items by Mail
(1) After receiving the reply, please pack the items to be returned in their original packaging and mail the package to the return warehouse address provided in the reply email.
(2) Please pay for the return items shipping back.If items needs to be returned due to an error on our part. We will be responsible for the shipping costs of the return items. We will reimburse you for the shipping cost in the refund.
4. Wait patiently for the refund to be completed
(1) Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date the returned item package is returned to the warehouse;
(2) After the refund has been processed, we will send you a refund confirmation email;
(3) You are responsible for the return shipping cost of the item(s) and the shipping cost (shipping cost of the item(s) from our warehouse to the destination of the order) if the return is due to no fault of ours.the refund amount is equal to the actual amount paid for the items minus the shipping amount.
(4) If the return is due to us,we are responsible for the return shipping costs.the refund amount is equal to the actual amount paid for the items plus the amount of the return shipping cost.
(5) In the event that the refund cannot be made to the original payment account, we will request you to provide us with a PayPal account in your name to complete the refund.
