We do not accept cancellation of orders in transit as we have no control over the shipment of items. If you are sure you want to cancel your order, please initiate a return after you receive your package.

(3) If you confirm that you have not received a response, please send us another request via email or phone.
3. Waiting for the refund to end
(1) refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date the request is confirmed.After the refund has been processed, we will send you a confirmation email that the refund has been processed.
(2) The refund amount is equal to the actual amount paid for the order.
